Get help with an order

Our support team can help with a missing item, a wrong order or a refund.

Choose "A problem with an order" in the form below and include your order number.

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app:

  • 1Tap your photo at the top of the screen and choose "Account & Profile".
  • 2Tap "Settings", then "Account Management".
  • 3Tap "Delete Account".
  • 4Type DELETE to confirm, then tap "Delete My Account".

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. You are signed out, you cannot sign in again, and your profile, posts, Bites, recipes, routes, crave lists and votes are removed. Your handle is released.

Some things stay: comments you left on other people's posts remain, shown as "Yumitos user", and order, payment and tax records are kept where the law requires it. The delete screen lists all of it before you confirm, and our Privacy Policy has the full detail.

No longer have the app? Choose "Delete my account without the app" in the form below, with the email address on your account.

Report content or a person

Reports go to our team for review.

  • A post: tap the three dots on the post, then "Report Post".
  • A person: open their profile, tap the three dots, then "Report User".
  • A comment: press and hold the comment.
  • Bites, routes, votes, places and chat messages can be reported too, from each one's menu or, on a place, the flag icon.

You can block someone from the same menus. They will not see your posts or profile, you will not see theirs, and they are not told.

To report a business, or anything you cannot report in the app, choose "Report a post, comment or person" in the form below and include a link.
