Yumitos TV
Yumitos TV is our YouTube channel. It is where we talk with the people who cook, sell food, and build food businesses, most of them in Ecuador. The videos are in Spanish.
What is on the channel
The channel runs as a set of programs, each with its own playlist. These are the main ones:
- Entre Platos y Relatos: our interview podcast. Chefs, founders of food businesses, event organizers, and other guests tell how what they built came to be. It is past seventy episodes.
- Cocinas con Historia: one cook or one small food business per episode, the story behind it, and sometimes the recipe.
- RESET 180: health and food, with a doctor at the table. Weight, digestion, what to change and why.
- Network al Día: conversations about money, work, and running a business.
There are also shorts cut from each program, YuKids for children, and a few episodes about the Yumitos app itself.
