Going live

Open on your terms.

Your listing goes live automatically once your menu, a location with a confirmed map pin, your hours and your payouts are set up. Listings must follow Yumitos policies.

After that, open and close for the day from the app. When you're closed, customers see you as Offline. Pause orders whenever you need to, and resume when you're ready.

What it costs

Pay only when you sell.

No monthly fee and no setup fee. For each completed order:

  • Yumitos fee$0.50 per order

Card processing and payout costs are separate and are passed through to you. They depend on your country and payment method. See the Vendor Agreement for details.

Questions vendors ask

  • Is it free to join?Yes. Becoming a vendor is free and always will be. You only pay the $0.50 Yumitos fee when you get an order.
  • Is there a monthly fee?No. You pay only when you sell: a $0.50 Yumitos fee per order. Card processing and payout costs are passed through to you, as described in the Vendor Agreement.
  • Do I need to offer delivery? No. Many vendors offer pickup only. If you offer delivery, you deliver yourself, within the radius you set.
  • Does this work for a food truck or pop-up?Yes. Trucks and pop-ups show their city instead of a street address. When you're closed, customers see Offline. Go live when you open for the day.
  • How do I get paid?Customers pay by card in the app. Yumitos is the merchant of record, so you never charge anyone yourself. Your earnings are paid to your own payout account, which you set up in the app before your first order.
  • Which countries can I sell in?Selling is open in the United States, with more countries coming soon. You'll know at signup whether selling is available where you are.
  • What happens to processing fees on a refund? If the card processor keeps its fee on a refunded order, that cost is yours. See section 8 of the Vendor Agreement.
  • Can I use it in Spanish?Yes. The app works in Spanish. It also works in Portuguese.
  • Can I stop selling?Yes, whenever you like. You finish any orders you've already accepted, and anything you owe is settled as usual.

Youmeetus.
